MASTERPLATTE is used for installing electrical cables, wires, and empty conduits on unfinished floors or exterior walls. With its three integrated channels, which can accommodate up to 15 cables depending on their diameter, installation is quick and hassle-free. The minimum order quantity is 24 pieces. Shipping costs are determined based on the order volume.
MASTERPLATTE is used for installing electrical cables, wires, and empty conduits on unfinished floors or exterior walls. With its three integrated channels, which can accommodate up to 15 cables depending on their diameter, installation is quick and hassle-free.
Cables and wires are simply placed into the existing longitudinal channels and are immediately secured in position. To avoid crossings, the respective wires can be easily routed laterally out of the system via the lower level.
MASTERPLATTE ensures that during construction, operation, or maintenance of the electrical installation, no damage occurs to the cable sheathing or wire insulation. It also guarantees the separation of different types of wiring, such as low-voltage, data, and power cables.
The raw material used for manufacturing MASTERPLATTE is EPP (expanded polypropylene). This means that the closed-cell foam beads consist of thermoplastic material and more than 90% air.
EPP is characterized by:
High lightweight construction potential
High structural strength
Good mechanical properties
High elasticity
Excellent thermal insulation
Good sound insulation
Low weight
All these properties make it ideal for applications requiring maximum performance in minimal space.
With a thermal conductivity group (WLG) of 037 (calculated thermal conductivity value = 0.037 W/(m·K)), the EPP insulation material easily achieves the insulation performance of the surrounding insulating material within the screed structure.
The compressive strength at 3% compression of the EPP insulation material is 5.1 MPa (5.1 N/mm²).
EPP consists of 100% polypropylene and contains neither CFCs nor other propellants, nor any substances requiring declaration under GADSL. It is not subject to mandatory labeling. Therefore, EPP is 100% recyclable and contains no environmentally harmful components.
